We also offer a gift service, if you are purchasing an item as a present for someone let us know and we can gift wrap the items, we will enclose a card so the special someone will know who its from please leave details and the address you would like the items sent in the checkout or you can email your special requirements. Please note we can only send to one address.
DELIVERY WITHIN THE UK MAINLAND
We aim to dispatch your purchases within 5 - 7 working days of receiving payment, but usually we dispatch next day, however delivery times are not guranteed. Please allow up to 7 days for delivery during busy times We will email you to let you know your purchases have been dispatched.
Small or light items will be sent with Royal mail 1st class Heavy and multiple purchases will be sent by courier usually on a next day delivery they will require a signature and please add contact telephone number on order form
POSTAGE UK MAINLAND ONLY
You can order as many items as you like and pay one postage charge of £4.95 this is for uk mainland only.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We want you to be happy with your purchases should there be a problem it will be dealt with quickly and politely.

Please return the item in its original packaging and unused condition they were dispatched in to the address below We will either send a replacement or give a refund if the item is out of stock.
Self-Assembly Products must be returned unused and in their original
packaging and cannot be returned once assembled or part assembled
unless confirmed as defective. If you return Products by post, please
ensure you package and label them properly so that they are not lost or
damaged in transit. We recommend you retain some proof of postage in
the event that the Products go missing, as Products remain your
responsibility and property until we receive them.

WHEN DO I GET A REFUND ONCE I HAVE RETURNED AN ITEM
Once the products you wish to return have been received by us, a refund for the agreed amount will be actioned to the original method of payment. Please allow 14 days from return for this process to be completed. Please note postage costs are non- refundable
